Welcome to Global Players (Play the Globe). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products (“Playbooks” or “GamePlans”), and related services. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product Access

All Playbooks and GamePlans are delivered digitally as view-only links or downloadable files. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Once purchased, your access is for personal or organizational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold without written permission from Global Players.

2. Refunds

All Playbook and GamePlan purchases are final. Because they are digital downloads providing instant access, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

3. Intellectual Property

All content — including itineraries, text, graphics, templates, and brand elements — remains the intellectual property of Global Players | Play the Globe. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.

4. Credit Toward Future Services

Purchasers may apply the value of a Playbook or GamePlan toward a Full Execution Tour Package with Global Players, subject to approval.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While our Playbooks provide professional guidance for sports tours and team travel planning, they are for informational purposes only. Global Players is not liable for any travel changes, cancellations, or third-party services booked independently.

6. Privacy & Data

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell customer data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union (EU).
