Thank you for purchasing a Global Players PLAYBOOK — our digital resource designed to help Athletes and Teams plan their next international sports tour.

Digital Product Policy

Because our Playbooks are digital downloads and/or view-only resources that provide instant access upon purchase, all sales are final. Once you have completed your purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges — even if the file has not been downloaded or viewed.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your Playbook (for example, a broken link or access error), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@playtheglobe.org. We will ensure you receive a functioning link or replacement file.

Duplicate Orders

In the rare event of an accidental duplicate purchase, please email us within 7 days of the transaction with your order details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.

Upgrades & Credit Toward Full Execution Packages

If you decide to move forward with a Full Execution Tour Package through Global Players, your Playbook purchase amount may be credited toward your total program balance.
