Global Players Partner Agreement — Key Terms

By submitting this application, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the full Global Players Partner Agreement. Key terms:

Scope: Global Players will promote your services on its platform, Playbooks, and social channels. You agree to provide accurate service information, co-branding assets (logo, photos), and to promote Global Players on your own channels.

Commission: 10% of the total booking cost (gross fees, excluding taxes) for all bookings referred through Global Players’ platform or direct referrals. Partner types include: Teams ($250 USD/session minimum, 10% commission), Tournaments, Accommodation (commission due on check-in), Gyms, Restaurants, Tours & Activities, and Third-Party Operators — all at 10%. A tiered commission structure (Tier 1: 1–19 persons 10% / Tier 2: 20–29 persons 12% / Tier 3: 30–39 persons 14% / Tier 4: 40+ persons 16%) may be introduced upon 120 days’ prior written notice.

Payment: Commission is due within 30 days of receiving customer payment, via direct deposit or wire transfer. All bank transfer fees are borne by the Partner. Late payment may result in listing suspension. Disputes: pay undisputed amounts; Global Players’ records are considered conclusive unless contested within 3 business days of invoice receipt.

Customer Service & Data: You are solely responsible for all customer service, cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications. All customer data referred through Global Players is the exclusive property of Global Players. Both parties comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Global Players may suspend your listing immediately for material breach. Existing reservations are honoured through the termination date.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by Dutch law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Amsterdam District Court, Netherlands (NCC).
